Our services

Air Freight Procurement & Solutions

Airfreight procured around each shipment, not taken from a standard tariff. GFX evaluates routing, transit time, capacity and cost to identify the most effective solution.

Overseas partners, local co-load customers and direct clients all benefit from the same disciplined procurement, experienced operations and established carrier relationships.

What it covers

  • Neutral wholesale support for overseas partners
  • Co-load solutions connecting local freight forwarders with global markets

Who it suits

Built for these situations

  • Overseas forwarders and agents

Wholesale rates out of Thailand for partners quoting their own customers, with the local leg handled here.

  • Time-critical cargo

Shipments working to a dated deadline, where transit time and confirmed uplift matter more than the lowest rate.

  • Part loads that suit consolidation

Smaller consignments sharing a lane, where consolidation buys a better rate than shipping alone.

How we run it

From enquiry to delivery

The same four steps every time, so you always know which one your shipment is on.

  1. Rate and routing

We check what is actually available on the lane and come back with options compared on transit time, cost and capacity.

  2. Booking and uplift

Space is booked and confirmed. If a departure moves, you hear it from us rather than finding out later.

  3. Documentation and handling

Export documentation, terminal handling and customs formalities at origin.

  4. Departure to arrival

Tracking through to arrival, with the destination handled by us or by your own agent.

Getting a quotation

Send us these and we can price it

With this in the first message, our reply is a quotation rather than a list of questions.

  1. Origin, and whether you need collection
  2. Destination airport
  3. Gross weight and dimensions per piece
  4. Commodity, and whether it is general cargo
  5. Cargo ready date
  6. Incoterm, if agreed

Chargeable weight is the higher of gross and volumetric weight. Sending dimensions with the enquiry is what lets us quote once rather than twice.
