Our services

Customs Brokerage & Gateway Solutions

Customs compliance can determine whether cargo moves smoothly or faces unnecessary delays. GFX coordinates clearance, documentation, classification and gateway handling throughout Thailand.

For imports, exports, cross-border movements and transhipment cargo, our team manages each process directly or works with appointed licensed customs brokers where required.

What it covers

Scope

  • Import and export customs clearance in Thailand
  • Coordination with appointed licensed customs brokers
  • Tariff classification, valuation and documentation support
  • Cross-border documentation and transit formalities
  • Regional gateway handling for cargo transiting Thailand
  • Gateway and transhipment routing through Bangkok, Laem Chabang and Phuket

Who it suits

Built for these situations

  • Importers and exporters

Clearance in Thailand for companies moving their own cargo, handled alongside the freight or on its own.

  • Overseas agents needing a Thai counterpart

You hold the customer relationship. We handle clearance, handling and delivery at this end.

  • Cargo transiting Thailand

Consignments using Thailand as a gateway on the way to somewhere else, rather than ending here.

How we run it

From enquiry to delivery

The same four steps every time, so you always know which one your shipment is on.

  1. Document pre-check

Invoice, packing list and classification reviewed before anything is lodged, because that is where delays are avoided.

  2. Declaration

The declaration is lodged, with any permits or licences the commodity requires handled alongside.

  3. Inspection and release

We attend inspection where required and work the release rather than waiting on it.

  4. Delivery or onward move

Delivery to the consignee, or handover for the next leg if the cargo is transiting.

Getting a quotation

Send us these and we can price it

With this in the first message, our reply is a quotation rather than a list of questions.

  1. Commercial invoice and packing list
  2. HS codes, if you already classify
  3. Incoterm
  4. Any licences or permits the commodity needs
  5. Delivery address, or onward routing for transit cargo
  6. Arrival date and vessel or flight details

Where a customs licence is required, the declaration is lodged by an appointed licensed broker and we coordinate the process end to end.
